CASE STUDY
BONNE MAMAN
Over the years, Bonne Maman has become the market leader in France and the top imported brand of jams and jellies in many countries. Its success is built on a wide range of high-quality products, unique craftsmanship, and a constant focus on meeting consumer expectations.
The brand is committed to offering authentic products made from the finest ingredients, while preserving the traditional recipes that have earned it its reputation.

BONNE MAMAN JAM
MANDATE
Bonne Maman aimed to promote its premium jams and increase in-store brand awareness while boosting sales. The goal was to offer consumers a tasting experience that showcased the quality and unique flavors of the products.
SOLUTION
Pickle deployed brand ambassadors in various retail locations to offer engaging tastings and highlight the richness of Bonne Maman jams. With branded kiosks, impactful visual materials, and clear messaging, we sparked customer curiosity, encouraged product trials, and drove immediate purchases, ultimately strengthening Bonne Maman’s in-store presence.
HAZELNUT SPREAD
MANDATE
To dispatch and manage teams of trained brand ambassadors in various regions of the Quebec and Ontario provinces to promote Bonne Maman products and actively increase sales.
SOLUTION
Our goal was to boost sales, increase brand awareness and encourage redemption. Our ambassadors introduced the new hazelnut and cocoa spread, while sharing the brand's values. With a branded kiosk, 6-foot banner and trained ambassadors, we ensured that key messages were conveyed while strengthening ties with distributors. Accountability, team spirit and incentives were key to the program's success.
