Mandate
To dispatch and manage a team of trained brand ambassadors in 38 stores to sample the new Cora retail products while sharing key messaging across the Quebec province and increasing sales in targeted retail locations.
Solution
We adapted our tasting program during the pandemic while keeping brand awareness and sales goals in mind. Our ambassadors distributed mini pancake mixes to customers shopping, all while following health guidelines. A whisk was also given to those who purchased the larger format product. Thanks to modern kiosks, a banner over 6 feet tall, and trained ambassadors, we ensured a memorable experience, strengthened our connection with consumers, and contributed to the program's success and customer satisfaction.
